NL Pavilion in Expo 2025 Osaka

The models we created played a key role in important presentations for the Netherlands Pavilion at Expo 2025, held in Osaka from April 13 to October 13.

A pavilion model added a touch of glamour during the official presentation of the pavilion, which took place in Osaka, Japan, and in Delft, the Netherlands. Designed with the theme of “Common Ground,” the pavilion model features a sphere resembling the rising sun and a meticulously crafted facade of organic corrugated shapes.

We also produced some gift models of the Dutch pavilion to be presented to the partners and guests. Thomas Rau, founder/architect of RAU Architects, presented one of them to His Majesty King Willem-Alexander, who was also a guest of honor on the Netherlands' national day.

It was great to be part of such an amazing project that is relevant to both Japan and the Netherlands!
